Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Analyst |

The PPC analyst is a supportive role, assisting the PPC team leader and fellow analysts in optimizing more than 20 PPC accounts across a variety of industries. The analyst plays a key role in implementing long-term strategies, fulfilling client requests, and monitoring all PPC accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Support team leader in performing keyword research, ad copy creation, competitive analysis, and regular PPC maintenance (bid adjustments, search query analysis, etc.).
- Analyze and report campaign performance for internal and client-facing purposes.
- Contribute to overall and long-term strategy development for account optimization and growth.
- Stay updated on pay-per-click news, client industries and goals, and other Internet marketing developments.
Performance Indicators:
- Contributing to the overall success of new and existing clients. Success is quantified by client retention rates, account growth, and performance metrics.
- Meeting and exceeding deadlines for deliverables, including (but not limited to) tasks, work session notes, reports, client-requests, and quarterly updates.
- PPC Certifications, including Google AdWords exams, MSN adCenter, and Google Analytics.
Skills/Qualifications
- Experience with Google AdWords and MSN adCenter.
- Familiar with PPC / SEO best practices and web analytics.
- Strong time-management skills, with a proactive approach to daily tasks.
- Able to work both independently and within a team.
- Excellent communication, demonstrating professionalism, industry knowledge, and consideration of client goals.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, performance-driven environment.
- Solid analytical and critical thinking skills, including a familiarity with basic business statistics and data analysis.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, AdWords Editor, and MSN AdCenter Desktop is preferred.
